"Kylee reminded me to update my drive safe odometer reading. I input the information on the website but had the wrong info. I called and texted and she is getting it straightened out. Her help will keep my rates from going up . Thanks"

"This was a bunch of waist of time bottom line i signed up then was told I had to pay more I canceled didnt receive any documentation proving that. Today I call in and Casey answers and she was very rude I let her speak and she is literally speaking over me all I asked her was can I finish talking and she hangs up on me very rude never did anything to her what a waist of time and energy all that energy you put to be rude she have been put in making sure you guys didnt miss anything before signing me up. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU MIGHT AS WELL GO TO THE ACTUAL OFFICE OR CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"Odyssey, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value all input as it helps us improve our services and SEO efforts. Regarding your recent call, I was in the office and personally heard the conversation with KC, one of our most experienced account managers. I want to clarify that the call became difficult when you raised your voice before identifying yourself. KC requested some time to review your account, but the call ended abruptly when the conversation became disruptive. KC has managed many challenging situations over the past year and has never before disconnected a call. Afterward, my manager reached out to you to resolve the matter, but the call was again disconnected before any resolution. As for your policy, there was an undisclosed at-fault accident which resulted in a premium higher than initially quoted. We apologize that this was not communicated during the quoting process, as it should have been. When you chose to stay with your previous carrier, we promptly assisted with canceling your policy. We regret that your experience was not smooth and wish you the best with your insurance moving forward."

"I have been consistently happy with Joanne Dauphin's State Farm Insurance team for several years. The past few business days, I've been interested in purchasing a car and found three different models that I like.
